I did 5 lessons (including 1 pretest) with Aaron prior to my driving test (which I just passed 🥳🥳). Aaron was great for calmly correcting mistakes and telling you what to do instead, and letting you know what you are doing right as well to build confidence. He had great insight into common test routes and places for manoeuvres in Mulhuddart. Would 100% recommend Aaron for anyone considering their 12 lessons, further lessons, or a pretest, he was very helpful for me to pass the test!!

Went back to Get in Gear Driving School after a bad experience elsewhere and it was the best decision. Did a few pre-test lessons with Aaron and Anthony and passed my test in Mulhuddart. They were the best. They really make sure you understand why you’re doing things not just how. You can tell they genuinely care about teaching.

As parents, we could not recommend Dave Merriman highly enough. Our son Aaron completed his ADT and pre-test lessons with Dave, and his friendly, easy manner, patience, and clear instructions made the whole experience so positive from start to finish. He was so accommodating througout. After each lesson, he pointed out to Aaron what he needed to focus on, and it made it much easier for us to practice with him between lessons. Dave made him feel completely confident in his driving. He passed his test on Monday, thanks to Dave with almost a completely flawless test. If you are looking for an amazing instructor, you need to book this man!

I did my lessons with Dave Merriman and it was a brilliant experience. He did everything he could to help me pass, he’s an incredible teacher and he’s the best you could possibly get for lessons and pretests. He gives great tips on what you should work on in the most encouraging way. He’s great craic and puts you right at ease when you get in the car. He’s very patient and calm while you’re driving and really friendly. I would 110% recommend booking lessons with him.
